YEGO Mobility (East Africa)

Scaled to 300K+ downloads, 25K+ drivers, 150+ Corporate B2B clients 

What I did:

  • Built a driver-empowerment program turning service providers into content creators with rewards
  • Achieved 20% user growth and 3× driver growth YoY through strategic partnerships
  • Led 150+ person teams across two countries with regular performance cycles
  • Took the business to operational breakeven in 18 months in a competitive market
  • Launched operations across Mombasa, the Kenyan Coast, Eldoret, and Nakuru—tailoring strategy to each region
  • Built partnerships across finance, fuel, insurance, security, and vehicle maintenance
  • Designed internal prospecting → onboarding workflows using HubSpot, RocketReach, Trello, and Zoho

What I did:

  • Co-founded and shaped product direction, UX, and reward system.
  • Applied Octalysis Framework achieving 14-minute average session time (industry-leading)
  • Scaled YouTube organically to 44M+ views, 87K subscribers, driving product engagement
  • Managed campaigns from ₹2L to ₹4Cr across PepsiCo, ITC, TATA, TVS, Bajaj, Zomato, Amazon,Dabur, Titan, TOI, Perfetti
  • Strategic Partnerships (2021-22): Led digital for Samsung, Audi product launches; Modicare radio partnerships; rebuilt Mayo College digital presence

    Raised seed funding ($2.25M / ₹6.6 Cr from IAN) and continuing rounds; valuation $6.29M
  • Built and managed cross-functional teams of up to 75 across research, marketing, and tech

What it taught me:

This wasn’t “campaign work.” It was product, marketing, ops, and scale.. simultaneously.

Handled integrated digital strategy and execution across some of India’s most iconic launches and campaigns.

What I did:

  • Royal Enfield: India’s 1st company with too much UGC! Built creator community, supportmatrices, content workflows, complaint escalation. 360* digital, product launches, and even country expansion (UK, Colombia, Paris, Indonesia, etc).
  • Huawei Honor: Spearheaded India launch with ground-up content, media, and influencer strategy. Helped manage IPL partnership and Flipkart rollout.
  • Dunkin Donuts: Drove city-level launch campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Bacardi & Dewar’s: Led digital around NH7 Weekender 2015: Managed ALL digital uploads across Bacardi brands with a small team (6on-ground + 5 remote via OML). Launched The Dewarists S2 (Online only), and connected brand + culture initiatives.
  • Pioneered creator marketing (2012-16): Strategies for Nike, Red Bull, Kingfisher, Heineken,Fastrack, Wildcraft, Audi & more
  • First agency partnership with Google for interactive display formats
  • Managed budgets up to ₹6 Cr across campaigns
    Led 20+ member cross-functional teams

What it taught me:

Led strategy, creative direction, and helped plan media budgets. Lived on both sides of the brainstorm: ideas and execution.

How it All Began

From website flipping to ghostwriting content for tech forums — I’ve explored the internet’s many doors.
While at University:
– Built and managed 40+ person remote team (UK, Australia, South India) at age 18
Website flipping, paid forum moderation, ghost writing – earning online before PayPal India official launch
– Worked with 30+ clients across time zones.
– Offered SEO, content, UX rewrites, link building, and even niche YouTube monetization strategy.
– Ghostwrote for early-stage founders, product thinkers, and a few internet-famous aliases.

Digital work was my choice of exploration – no courses existed, just experimentation

This is where I learned to think like an operator, not a spectator. — how to hire, delegate, iterate, and deliver at speed.
