Experience

Places That Shaped Me

Not a travel list. Just places that shifted my thinking, made me notice something new, or changed how I approach the things I build.

India

Zanzibar

India

The art of working through chaos. Deadlines still move even when the city doesn’t sleep.

Kenya

Zanzibar

India

Taught me how to design with context. The leapfrog effect is real when tech meets local ingenuity.

Zanzibar

Zanzibar

Zanzibar

No rush, no noise—just space to pay attention. A good reminder that clarity needs quiet.

Istanbul

Sri Lanka

Zanzibar

The past and present having coffee together. Taught me that narrative is a system too.

Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka

Flow. That’s the word. The kind of place that gives you ideas without asking for them.

Rome

Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka

Some things are still standing 2,000 years later. That’s what I think about when people rush an MVP.

China

Maldives

Maldives

Scale and speed aren’t opposites. Watching systems move at this level changed how I think about “done.”

Maldives

Maldives

Maldives

Proof that beauty and balance don’t need noise. Quiet luxury and clear water thinking.

Bali

Singapore

Paris

Soft living, sharp focus. There’s clarity in balance—even if the Wi-Fi drops occasionally.

Paris

Singapore

Paris

Every detail feels like it was argued over (in a good way). That kind of intention sticks.

Singapore

Singapore

Singapore

Structure done right. Systems, design, and quiet efficiency—without trying to impress you.

Egypt

Phu Quoc

Singapore

History as infrastructure. Walking through cities that still work after thousands of years is humbling.

Vienna

Phu Quoc

Phu Quoc

Architecture, rhythm, quiet order. Made me realise that systems can be both beautiful and invisible.

Phu Quoc

Phu Quoc

Phu Quoc

Built barefoot. Focus thrives where there’s freedom—not fluorescent lighting.

Malaysia

Malaysia

Malaysia

A balance of cultures, systems, and surprises. Made me more thoughtful about multi-layered audiences.

Dubai

Malaysia

Malaysia

Ambition in concrete. There’s something magnetic about how bold the planning is—and how often it works.

Madrid

Malaysia

Vatican City

Creative tempo with warmth built in. Everything flows like it’s meant to—conversations, ideas, even deadlines.

Vatican City

Vatican City

Vatican City

Stillness with structure. A quiet place that somehow holds weight, scale, and intention—all within walking distance.

Bhutan

Vatican City

Bhutan

An economy based on happiness, and it shows. A place that redefined how I think about value.

Oman

Vatican City

Bhutan

Vastness and rhythm. Driving across the country taught me how space shifts perception and tempo.

I’ve worked across cities, cultures, teams, and timelines—

—but I still get excited by the start of something. If this page reads a little like a map, that’s intentional. It’s not just where I’ve worked—it’s how I work. Layered, evolving, a little unconventional. If you’re working on something that feels the same, I’m listening.
