– Built driver empowerment program – service providers into content creators with rewards 
– Achieved 20% user growth and 3X driver growth YoY through strategic partnerships 
– Led 150+ person teams across 2 countries with performance reviews every 3-4 weeks

What I worked on:
Royal Enfield: India’s 1st company with too much UGC! Built creator community, supportmatrices, content workflows, complaint escalation. 360* digital, product launches, and even country expansion (UK, Colombia, Paris, Indonesia, etc).
Huawei Honor: Spearheaded India launch with ground-up content, media, and influencer strategy. Helped manage IPL partnership and Flipkart rollout.
– Dunkin Donuts: Drove city-level launch campaigns from strategy to execution.
– Bacardi & Dewar’s: Led digital around NH7 Weekender 2015: Managed ALL digital uploads across Bacardi brands with a small team (6on-ground + 5 remote via OML). Launched The Dewarists S2 (Online only), and connected brand + culture initiatives.
– Pioneered creator marketing (2012-16): Strategies for Nike, Red Bull, Kingfisher, Heineken,Fastrack, Wildcraft, Audi & more
– First agency partnership with Google for interactive display formats
– Managed budgets up to ₹6 Cr across campaigns

How it all began

I discovered Digital Freelancing in ’07

From website flipping to ghostwriting content for tech forums — I’ve explored the internet’s many doors.
While at University:
– Built and managed 40+ person remote team (UK, Australia, South India) at age 18
Website flipping, paid forum moderation, ghost writing – earning online before PayPal India official launch
– Worked with 30+ clients across time zones.
– Offered SEO, content, UX rewrites, link building, and even niche YouTube monetization strategy.
– Ghostwrote for early-stage founders, product thinkers, and a few internet-famous aliases.

Digital work was my choice of exploration – no courses existed, just experimentation

It sharpened my operator instincts — how to hire, delegate, iterate, and deliver at speed.
